I'm not exactly ultra tech proficient but I did a 2 year network technician diploma. we built vpns...although you have to be comfortable setting up a server, or a virtual server, networking etc. and tbf I am being totally allegorical here and my experience is from 2014. so also sorry for being a dick lol I'm just grumpy from work.
