google TL dropped the ball a fair bit on the last one -

When people are working somewhere with bad pay or poor worker treatment, everyone always tells them to "just change jobs!". But for some reason when it comes to vtubers, that's "betraying the company", or "ruining all you've worked for", or so on. I don't get it, I just want to improve working conditions for the industry

That said, I think there is a pretty big difference between this sentiment and making a tweet on your official company affiliated account that basically says "yo someone out there give me a better offer than this place", especially in a very public facing industry where image is very important
