Topic	I was just attacked by an off leash dog at the park.

A neighbor reported him because, surprise surprise, he lets her do this all the time and she was in someone's yard antagonizing a fenced in dog, then displayed aggression toward another person. Even the other irresponsible owners will at least be polite about things. This guy is just a straight up asshole in every sense.
