Those aren't shb exclusive - every primal up through....shadowbringers(excluding the accessory trial primals), presently I believe have crafted versions of the weapons attainable in their trials available, using the crafting mat that drops from the fight to make a much more glowy/fancy version of the weapon.

It's more or less the latter with extremely minimal sprinkles of the former. You only really need to collect generic materials in eureka.
