Topic	I spent some time in Vietnam this year. It was seriously awesome

There was a park by the hotel and saw a few there. I'm pretty sure they were African or something. But my Vietnamese friend spoke sort of for his dad on this. He said they don't really like black people. I mean I know everyone's different and he could just be speaking from his own family experience. I don't want to throw some blanket statement around.
