I think you ought to try and save up and get some therapy. When you reach a point where you can't seem to dig yourself out of a mental or emotional hole, it's time to get help I think.I've tried this in the past when I could afford it. The quality of sliding-scale therapy is so bad in my area that it's not worth it.
