VGC first reported in 2021 that Konami was looking to revive many of its major franchises, including Silent Hill (which was eventually announced last year), Castlevania and Metal Gear.

Sources claimed that one title in development at Singapore-based support studio Virtuous was a new version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. A recruitment video posted by the company later appeared to hint at the project.

Tho I'm not sure if any MGS title without Chadeo Godjima can be considered a true MGS game. Guess we'll see
