| Ratchetrockon 04/19/23 6:58:01 PM #42: | Paragon21XX posted... 3 im using hd600 atm. it just sounds right for anything non-electronic. extremely comfy imo only weighs like 260 grams. can wear it all day. even w/ electronic music i find that a bass shelf eq (i do + 6 db low shelf with a Q 1.0) satisfies me enough (about 85% satisfaction id say) but im not a huge bass head that needs +15 db shelves on a headphone w/ linear bass down to 20 hz(i have witnessed this before). iems and planars and electrostats w/ a decent seal (sr007mk2 w/ blu tac application at the ports can achieve this) are pretty much what achieves 100% satisfaction for me for the electronic genre when i apply the same eq shelf. imo imo imo --- I'm a Taurus.
