Well, start telling her please get/keep your dog off me if she is in the room and doesnt want you to touch it. It sounds like you need to have a conversation, not just well I take it, because she doesnt fix it or since she doesnt think its a problem, I have to push it off me.
You can also ask how shed like you to redirect the dog, after explaining that you really dislike it and no longer want to just let it jump on you.
While I agree she shouldve noticed it has been annoying to you for awhile and have done something, you still need to try to respect that it IS her pet, that while she needs to be responsible for it, it is also up to her HOW to control it. If she refuses to do anything or allow you to remove the dog, then theres a bigger problem, but it sounds like you just need to have a talk.
