Apparently they're suing Fox Corporation as well as Fox News, so hopefully that one will actually go to trial. Damn it, what a disappointment. Like others said, I don't care about Dominion either way, but Fox News needs to be brought to task for the shit they've done. I would have had more respect for Dominion if they had forced this to go to trial.
