Topic	In Germany, you are required by law to deliver first aid to the extent you are

It's a bit of a Showcase law really, good in principal -- but the fact that it states "deliver first aid to the extent you are able to" means there's so many work arounds that the law itself is meaningless except to show (or showcase) the spirit of what it means.
