EDIT: In case anyone wants to mention Blizzard, it had 90% accuracy in gen 1 (broken as shit lol) and was nerfed to 70% in gen 2. I never realized it back then and only heard about how good it was recently. I know I heard it on YouTube somewhere, can't remember what video though. Not only was blizzard 90% accurate in RBY, in Japanese Green/Red it had a fucking 30% chance to freeze, which in gen one is just deleting your opponent --- ADHD/ASD/Non-Binary. they/them.
