They sort of believe that immoral things happen after one obtains wealth as opposed to the reason that they become wealthy in the first place. So something like Amazon utilizing slave labor, running competitors out through duplicitous means, etc. don't matter because that was in the past (well, okay, not only in the past) and what matters is that now Bezos is rich so as long as he doesn't personally do anything bad he should be viewed through the lens of a good person. --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome?
