I'm of the opinion that aux battles are just soulless anti-fun. So I don't do them anymore. I especially stopped doing them after several playthroughs when my goal was just to get to the next chapter as efficiently as possible. So doing 6-8 arena toward the second half of the game was a good source of money.

Also not doing auxs means it's easier to keep motivation topped up so you get the most out of tutoring and can have builds go online faster. This is even more important if you are saunaing.

On a related note, fuck the sauna system. Whoever designed that awful mini game deserves to be fired.

You're probably completely right on this. It's likely why my progress has slowed to a crawl along with the technical difficulties I'm facing right now. (Currently the device I'm playing it on is very busted.)

Got a pretty intense scene with Bernie surviving a crit by the skin of her teeth. Also Jeritza solo quest caught me off guard with all the enemies being even higher leveled than Jeritza. Managed to do it though.
