I'll give a legitimate reason why dating apps, or at least Facebook dating, can suck:

Glitches. Facebook dating gives you the option to either like a profile overall with the heart button or comment on an individual photo or profile element and send that along with a like. But what happens most of the times you choose the second option? Not a goddamn thing. It'll tell you that the message/like has been sent, but the next time you get a new batch of profiles to look through, the one you sent that message/like to will be shuffled back into them as if it's the first time you've seen it.

You'd think a company as large as The Zuckerbeast Amalgamation would have a better-programmed app, but no. Frustrating as fuck.
