I still think its silly to have gideon keep getting defeated but not dying. This season needs to be the end of him unless he wins, hes becoming team rocket level of recurring

Whats the state of mandalore during the sequels and how come there are no alien people on it

I'm expecting Gideon to die and Thrawn to do the Star Wars equivalent of Thanos's "I'll do it myself" in either the final scene or a post-credits scene. They just announced who's playing him, showed him (sort of) in the Ahsoka trailer, and that's coming out in 4 months. Feel like they'll want to tease that a little more than just the namedrop in this week's episode.
