and get good exercise in 4-5 days of the week and your body will need the energy from that food!

when I was working out a lot I went to Panda Express like 3 times a week and was still in great shape!
I tried the gym like half a year ago but I hated it I do go out to speed walk to a major store 20 minute walk there and back just for the exercise sometimes but my diet needed altering cos I had pizzas too often once a week sometimes twice and it wasn't healthy I get what you are saying though but cutting pizzas seemed a smart choice
Edit: I hated the gym cos I have paranoia issues mainly and I tried and bought an exercise bike and never used it cos my tv and games were too easy to just go back on and also someone asked if they could buy it off of me and I sold it.
