i think in the first phase he should have an avatar so he's a human sized threat but still very strong, he can fight silver surfer as his intro or maybe fight someone else who usually fights galactus. and then in the next stage the setting pans to outer space, maybe silver surfer has to go back to his home planet and that's when it gets destroyed (i know in the cartoon is gets destroyed right when he becomes silver surfer) by galactus.

and then in the third stage, he says "not even i pull the strings" and he invokes one of the higher level powers that the eternals have to fight, but that is more of a compromise. and then they fight galactus at stage 4 for the final showdown.
