i avoid exposure to walkthroughs when i play linear adventure games w/ a large emphasis on puzzles. just because these games are already pretty short so I don't wanna be too efficient at completing them. .

for open worlds ill look up a walkthrough and not really care. i try to be a little bit more efficient with them or else ill end up wandering aimlessly for hours and hours and then get burnt out before completing the game
