Topic	Where is the best place to keep a toilet plunger?

I can't imagine the reasoning why it'd be stowed away like such unless there's another more problematic toilet or they're ashamed some guest might see it and think they'll look like the toilet clogs regularly. Once had a cousin clog our toilet and instead of just asking where the plunger was, since it was out sight.
