Nah, if you want to run a tournament that excludes the popular characters go ahead, but IMO a contest to find the best character should include as many characters as possible, especially the popular ones Kind of feels like rigging it for your own personal favorite if you exclude anybody that can beat them my personal favorite is Homer tho lol.
