Barely sleeping. She's been doing better on sleep since being admitted.

Sounds like classic case of paranoid schizophrenia. Not everyone with schizophrenia has hallucinations so just because she's not hearing voices or anything isn't a disqualifier.

HOWEVER

There is such a thing as stress-induced psychosis that has many similar symptoms as schizophrenia.

I believe this is probably more likely. A bigger issue is that if it's "not the first time" as you've said then your girlfriend seems likely prone to these psychotic fits and I'd suggest distancing yourself for your safety as neither schizophrenia or frequent brief psychotic episodes are good news.

But you know her better than I do so it's your call to make. I just personally would be very afraid of a person like this.
Where did I say it's not the first time? I honestly don't remember bud. Not trying to be a dick.

Also something I didn't think to ask til now for those who have been through it. How was your memory? Any nasty headaches that not even migraine meds would touch?
