It seems as if it's impossible to do without paying a lawyer an absolute minimum of $500 to do...nothing in particular. I had a father-in-law die and it cost $500 or somesuch to go to probate court to get his assets split evenly between three kids. He had no will. My mother-in-law died and she had a will...and it cost $500 or somesuch to go to probate court to get it executed. Long story short wills are scams that exist to give money to lawyers unless there's no obvious next of kin or other family disagreement...at least so far as I can tell. --- Pronounced "Whup-pot".
