Isnt the sign that youre having an episode that youre not aware of your own realityFrom what I've seen of my gf she's known that something is wrong and she's scared out of her mind because of it. I asked her once if she hears the paranoid things she says that she knows isn't true. She said yes she hears all of it. I then asked her if it scared the shit out of her. She said it terrified her. According to her parents, the night I took her in she was screaming for me for help and then just yelled out "911". When she got in the car she started yelling that I stress her out but by the end of her street she convinced herself that she was safe with me and that I was going to take her to get help. To keep herself grounded the whole way she just started saying everything she saw. It got to the point her little kid voice came out and it was really cute. If there was nothing to point out she started repeating the song titles on my radio display. --- Paula Wood.
