Topic	A long running video game series that peaked with the first game

Where did you read this? I'm trying too google things like "Japan liked Yoshis Story" and can't find anything. Meanwhile on topic, I'd say Ace Attorney. I love all the sequels, but they hit the format so right the first time and the music and characters haven't really been topped.
