There's not enough crazies, rich people, and sociopaths to vote Republican to win in a straight up election with 100 percent participation. Their entire political strategy both weaponizes and depends on apathy. They break the government and block positive change so that people believe politics is useless and the government is the problem. They make you disengage, rile people up with class/racial/gender resentment, and win through broken systems. Rinse and repeat.
