We dont have any evidence he assaulted her or that she was hospitalized due to him assaulting her. The only la risky evidence we have so far (which is barely that) is that the person assaulted said he didnt and doesnt want him charged. That makes you the one not believing her. Charges are not evidence. Charges come before evidence. We have trials for a reason. Evidence will be provided, and a decision will be made. I dont feel confident that I know enough to make a decision myself, and its strange everyone else does. --- It's a luscious mix of words and tricks, that let us bet, when we know we should have folded. ...
