Dude this isn't a f***ing job, your mindset is so defeatist and conformist, if you think this toxic, actual toxic suspension system is remotely acceptable especially with the increased knowledge of mental health and it's effects in the last decade alone. All this does is take away good users and reward bad faith actors who want to get the rise out of mods. You as a member of the community should be like wtf instead of just going oh well.
