Topic	Do you still listen to local terrestrial radio?

They play stuff I've never heard before on a regular basis, lots of live recordings, stuff like that. I have a Uniden scanner I monitor for local police, fire, etc. And another portable that receives the air-band. Another for the 2-meter ham bands. Usually always some chatter on there. Plus short wave. Hear some crazy stuff on there with just a small portable and a long wire. Farthest I've picked up is Belgium all the way over here in North Carolina. Plus AM DXing is great.
