| CableZL 03/25/23 11:45:18 AM #27: | Had a great deal of difficulty trying to get the phone activated, but Verizon was able to get it done after about an hour and a half on the phone. They had to transfer me to a tier 2 agent. I felt bad for the first lady who was helping me. She did everything she could according to their procedures, but was very sad about not being able to figure it out. I think itll be a lot easier in the future if I just upgrade to another iPhone. There was something about switching from a physical sim to an eSim on top of switching from Android to iPhone. The last things I need to do is get my 2FA stuff for work switched over and then I can factory reset the old phone.
