Speaking as someone who just came back from skiing, it's baffling to me how the plaintiff even knew who she was

Don't get me wrong, in plainclothes, yeah you might recognize her walking down the street. But if you've been skiing, you're straight up covered head to toe, including ski goggles and helmets/hats. If you get SLAMMED into with such force that you're left with brain damage, I'm struggling to see how, at the time of incident, you could be aware enough to not only see who SMASHED into you amidst all the fog and turbulence, but also be able to gather that this figure who may have done as little as remove her glasses and face covering AT BEST, is recognized as gwyneth paltrow.

I have a hard time seeing how this is even at trial unless she straight up admitted it at one point.
