A lot of them seem way to eager to say fuck around and find out but the truth is they are just hungry for violence and any excuse for it to happen. Or, theres a thing where someone constantly incites violence themselves and simultaneously sells it to the youth as something to go around and do. And there's people who understand the culture enough to realize him getting checked can be an example that no, you can't just run around trying to incite people to shoot at each other and jump each other without getting jumped and shot at yourself.
