Jamie Lee Curtis did a good job, but I think there's better. Like even T chala's mom (the actress) did a pretty damn good (and better job) than her. Stephanie Hsu definitely has a bit more range than Curtis in that role, though somewhat annoying at times (hate to admit this). I haven't seen a lot of female led roles to pass judgment on the best female actress role for someone better (haven't seen movies like Women Talking or Tar). i thought the performance was good, but nothing special for Michelle Yoeh.
