yeah i completely get this i have the same problem >_> i've been trying to find more low effort options lately so i can eat healthier

ive been into hummus and pretzels or flatbread lately, almost no prep and its pretty filling and good for you. That and some berries or some fruit you can just grab and eat is a nice little meal

oatmeal is easier than i thought too, its just 1 part oats, 2 parts water/milk, and microwave it for 2 mins. You can throw in whatever u want to keep it interesting, my go-to is usually half a banana and some nut butter and cinnamon/spice

Also if you can manage to meal prep some sandwiches or wraps or something to have in the fridge that's nice. also tbh dont feel bad about just eating sandwich components (meat, cheese, veggies) if you're too lazy/depressed to assemble a sandwich, its still the same nutrients
