The crux of this topic depends on the country. A&W in the states is trash. Apparently its a much better establishment in Canada which leads to confusion with its southern neighbors.

The Teen Burger is their signature. Beef patty, processed cheddar, bacon, leaf lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo. I would recommend it along with your choice of fries or onion rings, and their root beer. If lucky you'll get the beverage in a frosted mug.

Mama, Papa, and Grandpa are essentially the patty, onions, pickles, and the same condiments. Mama has one patty, Papa two, Grandpa three. You have the option of adding cheese and bacon.

The Uncle changes things up and is similar to the Teen, but with a leaner beef patty, red onion, and real cheddar.

and finally the Baby, it's beef and ketchup.

Mozza is a patty, real mozzarella, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and thousand island dressing.

Then finally the Buddies which are on smaller buns with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and grilled onions. You can get singles or doubles, and add cheese.
