I dont know man. I understand the intent, but I do not think actual yoguis or Indians were consulted to create dhalsim, with his 3 skull collar and yoga fire stuff. Honda is a fat sumo that launches into you head first screaming chop suey!, etc. as long as the stereotype didnt mean to be offensive, should it be a big deal?
