I had one dream where I was driving home from college.

While I was on the highway, I noticed I needed gas and pulled off onto the next exit into a small town. There, I noticed that there was nobody at any of the buildings, not even the gas station I had pulled into.

So I drove a little further into town to find a working gas station. I found a gas station in a strip mall... where the entire population of the town was in line for one of the stores. After getting gas, I asked the clerk why everyone was in line; to which he said that it was a doctor's office that was offering free (and very good) doctor's checkups.

After hearing this, and because dreams have their own logic, I got in line for the doctor's clinic. After waiting, I got inside and was asked to strip and lay down on a conveyor belt.

As soon as I did, clamps came up from the conveyor belt, covering my wrists and ankles... locking me onto the conveyor belt.

It turned out that the doctor's office was not giving exams, but instead had a machine that was dismembering everyone that got on the conveyor belt.

And I dreamt through the entire dismemberment process, from my arms first... to my legs second... to my head third. I only woke up when my head was cut from my torso.
