Have beliefs on your own time, because you would be forced to make it and act against your own beliefs.

Again, I'm not saying I agree with this, but it's a really slippery slope.
Private business is not the same as government officials. While even as a private business you can't discriminate based on race, religion or sexuality you are still absolutely allowed to discriminate based on content. If I wanted a penis cake for my gay wedding they would be well within their right to say no because I asked for a penis but they shouldn't be and are not allowed to say no because it is for a gay wedding. (Not sure how accurate that statement is based on Tennessee.)
