You're so accustomed to it that when you read about the national guard patrolling the beaches to protect tourists from violence, or the army having to stand down because the cartels are beating them in gun fights in the street, or that cartels are disappearing school buses full of kids, or that cartels have taken root in your own hometown and you only live there under the illusion of safety because they chose to make it a safe haven that you don't even flinch when you read this news. --- Who is?
