I saved up money to buy a house in California but the houses I wanted were out of my price range and the ones I could afford were in really bad neighborhoods. I ended up moving out of state to find houses I wanted that I could afford. I was also able to get a low interest loan through a program for teachers. They also gave me extra money for the down payment and closing costs, and I didn't have to pay that back as long as I lived in the house for 5 years. <cite>Gamingsince1989 posted [p:971981315] in How could ...
