Tbh I don't think any of the episodes felt this empty in terms of like, everything. There doesn't have to be a huge plot or anything. This is a pulpy, episodic type show. Usually those types of shows have a central, standalone story to the episode that gets resolved within the episode (as has been the case for the majority of this series) and then onto the next one. I feel like this episode was setting up three individual episodes in the future and nothing else. There wasn't anything to grab onto. It was just needless exposition and build up.

I'm not expecting Andor. If anything I'm expecting the exact opposite. But what they did with this episode is neither. It's just a whole lot of nothing.
