I wouldn't let it go. Wait until a good moment like after the exam and stuff is over. Then just be like, "So why was all that such a big deal? Were you actually mad I randomly missed a phone call, stressed about your exam or what?"
If she does admit it was just the stress, you need to let her know you completely understand and you're sure it wasn't intentional but her taking that stress out on you can not become a regular thing. If you don't address it, it could subconsciously become a regular thing. Your girl doesn't get stressed easily but when she does, she takes it out on you. That's no better than the last girl who did that frequently.

If she actually was mad about a missed call, dig into that more as to why it upset her and maybe come to some compromise.
