Topic	Would you say parental burnout is a real thing?
AzNDarkSamurai 03/02/23 9:31:15 PM #11:	It absolutely is a thing. Me and my wife are in a similar situation where even the little things will trigger us and anger us. We even feel bad that we are emotionally distant from them at times but thats mainly due to how tired we always are. We need more breaks badly but we dont have anyone else to watch our kids but her parents and they rarely are willing to watch the kids outside of times we have to work. If we had more breaks, I promise you that we would be better parents.
