You replied to my first post and someone replied to that quoted post so Im just gonna add something right here. Cheat days are a must! But you have to stick to cheat days, not let it overflow into the next day. I do Saturdays as cheat days.

That is another thing you can widdle down as you go. Like at first have it be a whole day. Then make one less snack during the cheat day, then make one less meal a cheat. The ideal cheat day would be a 2 snacks and one meal.

At first during the week, I had a SMALL handful of M&Ms to get my fix. I know I said dont let it spill into other days but at first you do need crutches. Another huge tip is portion control. If you eat an entire frozen pizza at a time, start doing only 3/4. Go to a restaurant and get large fries and soda? Step down to medium and then small also stop getting double chzburgers. Go from regular soda to diet soda to sparkling water to none of that shit.
