Just be sure that you really want an open heart watch. I personally don't like them. I love seeing a mechanical movement, but there's a time and a place for it. I vastly prefer a clean dial with no holes. If I want to see into the movement, I flip it around and have a gander that way. When I got my Seiko Alpinist Ginza edition there was the open heart version that you posted, and a more expensive Prospex version with a better 72 day power reserve movement vs a 42hr movement. In retrospect I'm really happy I went for the cleaner dial as it's a way more timeless look I find. That being said, everyone's taste is different. If that's what you want, go for it.
