So I looked further and apparently by default, it takes a screenshot or records a clip whenever you complete a trophy and I've platinumed Astro's Playroom, God of War, and Horizon which I guess is nearly 300 trophies. You can turn off auto capture for trophies in the settings if you want. It's in the Capture and Broadcast settings under auto capture. Select trophies and click none.
