Use a daily calorie calculator to see how much calories you need to eat to lose weight.

Record everything you eat and the amount of calories in it. You can do this through apps like myfitness pal.

Go to gym three times a week doing compound lifts exclusively. Each week add an extra 5-10 pounds of weight. If you want to lose weight faster, run or use the elliptical for 20 minutes.
