As for exercise, start by walking around your block every night or day. When you religiously do that, join a gym. Replace one or two walks per week with visits to the gym, starting with cardio. When you do that reiligously, bump it up to 3 or 4 days a week. When you start seeing some major results, integrate weight lifting.

Its not easy at all and you cannot go full "tropic thunder" with dedication nor cold turkey with bad habits. Baby steps donkey.

Ive done it cold turkey before but its always a yoyo effect. I can lose up to 40 pounds in 3 months but then i gain it all again every single time.
