Topic	Anyone wanna Smash Plz?

I have hardly even touched Steve and I don't know the limits of the new tech, but it seems like it would be very easy to setup anytime Steve is in disadvantage. Not just an easy way to escape any multi-hit move or low % combo, but also an easy bait/punish since Steve has no lag. Its not an obvious tech either like Wobbling, characters fall out of multi hit moves all the time naturally, would be hard to determine if the Steve tech was used or if the move just sucks and failed to connect.
