Topic	Can a game be a 10/10 but have no replay value?

Games are a more active and time consuming hobby so it's not like popping in a classic movie or whatever. But I think if you go ten years without ever feeling "man I'd love to play that game one more time", then it wasn't truly 10/10. >_> Wanting to replay something doesn't mean that it has replay value.
